Helen Petrie, Registered Manager at The Richardson Mews, has left Richardson Care after nine years in her role. She had come back to Richardson Care after also working here as a Senior Support Worker from 2002 – 2012.

We held a lunch for the management team so that we could all show our appreciation for Helen and thank her for all her hard work.

Greg Richardson-Cheater says: “We appreciate all the work that Helen has done in her role at The Richardson Mews. It’s a challenging job and she has had the skills to take on service users with different types of conditions, giving them the opportunity to change their lives for the better.

“From a personal perspective, we are very grateful to her for looking after two of our family members at The Richardson Mews, and supporting them and the other service users through the challenges of the Covid years. We would like to wish her all the best for the future.”

Emma Tear remains Registered Manager of The Coach House and The Richardson Mews as they are under a single registration with the CQC. She will move to the Richardson Mews, taking on the demands of a larger home, and a new Manager has been appointed for The Coach House. They will be supported by Silva Silva, Head of Care, the administrators and Senior Support Workers.
