Thank you to all of the families of the service users in our care who took the time to complete our annual survey. There were only a small number of respondents in 2023, but we appreciate all feedback and take it very seriously. We welcome feedback at any time, and the annual survey allows us to formalise his process and identify any trends.

“I couldn’t wish for better care for my relative, they are settled, happy and consider it their home. They’re always telling me of things they have done or are doing. The staff are wonderful and caring.”
“Took a while for my brother to settle in at his new home. My brother’s previous home had to put my brother on medication he didn’t need and he was unhappy there. My brother now is so happy enjoying his life, going on holiday… He has an awesome relationship with staff and he is so much happier and content.”
