We aim to keep our referral process as straightforward as possible, while ensuring that it is thorough and delivers all the information that is required to all parties. All referrals are dealt with in complete confidence.

We will require detailed information such as copies of reports, history, care plans, etc. so we can decide whether to proceed with a full assessment of the individual. When we have completed an assessment, we can send an offer letter, which includes estimated costs. If at any stage, we feel that it is not appropriate for the service user to be admitted to a Richardson Care home, we will provide feedback to the relevant parties.
