I went to the National Director of the Year awards last week, run by the Institute of Directors. It was a brilliant event and a great chance to get to know other people from a wide range of industries. I was shortlisted for Family Director of the Year and although I didn’t win, I was really pleased to be awarded “Highly Commended” in the category, and I received a framed certificate from Michael Portillo! This would not have happened without the brilliant team behind me at our specialist care homes. A huge thank you to everyone at The Richardson Partnership for Care.
