Ebony finds being part of the team at Richardson Care very rewarding and says: “It’s wonderful to be able to use my skills to sell a service that can make such a positive difference to people” She adds: “Richardson Care is a family run business and this is reflected significantly in all homes. The residents have formed such great relationships with each other and with staff, creating a close-knit support network – just like a family should.” Ebony adds “I have had the opportunity to learn so much about Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Disabilities since joining Richardson Care, especially from our exceptionally experienced Home Managers and MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team).
“This role has also provided a great opportunity to work with industry professionals who are always delighted to offer very positive feedback. It makes this team incredibly grateful to be part of an organisation that contributes and dedicates so much to the positive outcomes of its service users.”
Ebony is a warm, kind-hearted person and helping people comes naturally to her. She adds: “Even if one of our homes isn’t suitable for someone, I like to think that we can point them in the right direction to help them find appropriate care.”
When she’s not at work, Ebony enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her little dog Henry, otherwise known as “Horrid Henry” the naughty Maltese.
