Celebrating the Coronation

Service users and staff all came together to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III and the Queen Consort on Monday 8th May.
We held a big party in the hall at The Richardson Mews with music, dancing, food and games. It was a great opportunity for everyone in the homes, who wanted to take part, to meet up and enjoy each other’s company. Feeling part of a community and engaging in social activities is important for everyone’s well-being.
At Richardson Care we aim to create a warm, family environment which is inclusive to all, while respecting each individual’s preferences and choices.
We believe that community participation and social inclusion provide opportunities for our service users to feel valued and gain a sense of fulfilment. It also helps them to develop their skills and increase their autonomy. These are part of the values that have underpinned Richardson Care since it was formed more than 30 years ago.
