One of these is the Care Provider of the Year award and when seeking nominations, NR Times said:

The Psychology Team at Richardson Care is led by Consultant Clinical Psychologist Dr Pedro Areias Grilo, who is supported by three Assistant Psychologists. The Assistants stay for around 12 months, in which time they gain experience and broaden their knowledge.→ Read the rest
We’re pleased to announce that, following a restructure, Dr Pedro Areias Grilo has been appointed Clinical Head at Richardson Care. Pedro is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and has been part of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) at Richardson Care since 2014.

Psychoeducation involves providing education, information and knowledge about a neurological diagnosis. It is very important in helping service users to better understand their diagnosis and become accustomed to living with it. Psychoeducation can be regarded as a form of trauma therapy, beneficial to an individual following a life-altering event such as a brain injury, after which they may struggle with managing their emotions and feelings of grief for the life they know and have lost.→ Read the rest
