As Laura’s parents set up Richardson Care in 1989, she has grown up in the business and is passionate about maintaining its core values.

Greg has a background in Social Work and care home management. He oversees the strategic and operational aspects of the business.

Positive, proactive and well-organised, Silvia is responsible for ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of care.

Pedro is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and is responsible for leading the MDT, ensuring the quality of clinical care.

Seth’s special interest areas are the neurocognitive, neurobehavioural and neuropsychiatric aspects of acquired brain injury and epilepsy.

Heather is passionate about the value of OT in supporting people to increase their mental and emotional well-being as well as their functional abilities.

Trudi works with service users to increase their functional communication, treat related conditions and help them to achieve their goals.

Guy has been working with Richardson Care since 2011 and specialises in working with people who have a range of acquired and progressive neurological conditions.

Julita joined Richardson Care in 2004. Her main role is to support people with learning disabilities to improve their well-being through maintaining existing skills and learning new skills.

Emma combines a bubbly personality with a positive outlook and attention to detail and has over 10 years’ experience in the care sector,

A good listener with a collaborative approach to management, Jenna manages our neuro rehabilitation service at The Coach House,

Jaymee-Leigh is an experienced and dedicated professional who loves making a difference to people’s lives.

Tally is a warm-hearted and dedicated Manager. She loves working in the care sector and joined Richardson Care in 2012 as an Activity Support Worker.

Jackie Hardisty is a kind and dedicated manager with extensive experience of working with adults who have learning disabilities and complex needs.

Laura’s role includes staff recruitment and administration and she’s the main person who welcomes new employees into the Richardson Care family.

Helen brings a sensitivity to her role as well as attention to detail, technical knowledge and a strong belief in the rights of vulnerable people.

Darren absolutely loves running the Music Enrichment sessions, which have many benefits for the service users.

Dexter heads up the maintenance team at Richardson Care who ensure that all our care homes provide a safe, comfortable and homely environment for all service users.
