Pedro has special interests in neurological conditions and is actively involved in developing an innovative tool to measure positive behavior.

Julita joined Richardson Care in 2004. Her main role is to support people with learning disabilities to improve their well-being through maintaining existing skills and learning new skills.

Known as Martin the Music Man, he brings joy to our service users and helps them to improve their well-being in many ways.

Louise Hammond


Louise is a qualified massage and beauty therapist with over 20 years’ experience. Providing regular treatments for service users helps to maintain self-esteem and well-being.

Recruitment & Administration Co-ordinator

Dawn Briggs


As well as administration and purchasing, Dawn’s role involves the recruitment of staff for the whole organisation and being the first point of contact for telephone enquiries.

Dexter heads up the maintenance team at Richardson Care who ensure that all our care homes provide a safe, comfortable and homely environment for all service users.
