Laura is responsible for completing monthly quality assurance audits at each home. She checks that systems and procedures are followed to ensure that we provide a safe environment for service users and maintain compliance with CQC regulations. This includes checking medications, care plans, health & safety and environmental health procedures. When a new service user is admitted to a home, Laura ensures all the paperwork is in order and follows through all the administration required.

Laura’s role also includes recruitment, managing rotas, annual leave, pensions and HR administration. She is a skilled multi-tasker and always happy to help out when needed.

When not at work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Dexter, and walking their three dogs. She is also a season ticket holder at Northampton Saints Rugby Club.
