Jenni became a Consultant Speech & Language Therapist in 2008, and was responsible for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of people with learning disabilities and/or mental health problems with highly complex feeding/swallowing disorders and highly complex medical needs. This included the implementation of highly specialist programmes of care.
In 2012, she started in independent practice, working more with people with acquired brain injuries. In addition, Jenni provides specialist communication and dysphagia input for children and adults with complex physical health problems, learning disability and sensory impairment and adults with dementia. She also provides training in communication and dysphagia as well as mentoring for Speech & Language Therapists in Independent Practice.
Jenni has a busy family life with two children, and enjoys walking her dogs and socialising with friends.
