Dexter successfully project-managed the refurbishment and extension of the Coach House from a tired listed building to a modern, beautiful care home.

As well as the hands-on maintenance and refurbishment work, Dexter enjoys the challenge of making sure that the homes are all in good condition and providing a safe, homely environment for the service users.

When he’s not at work, Dexter enjoys being part of the support team for the Retro Suzuki motorcycle race team and other activities with his family. .

Qualifications and training:

• Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Work Place
• NICEIC Accredited
• Managing Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) training
• Mandatory first aid training
• Care support training
