We have received this letter from a father of a service user who has learning disabilities and lives in one of our specialist care homes.

Dear Friends,

I am, Bob Smith, and my son lives at no. 8 Kingsthorpe Grove. You might remember that I wrote to you all at this time last year to thank you for the excellent work you were doing looking after him and all your other residents during the lockdown.

One year further on, now that the Covid restrictions are beginning to be lifted, I thought it might be time to write to thank you all again for the hard work you have done and are continuing to do looking after our loved ones, keeping them safe and well during the difficult times we have been through and sadly, will continue to go through, albeit, hopefully, to a lesser extent.

As I wrote last year, it is very reassuring for us to know that our daughters and sons are in such capable and dedicated hands.
